Originated from Kobe in 1945. Misono is one of the oldest shops who produce Teppanyaki. Filet was first introduced to Japan, but Misono changed it to Sirloin. Garlic fried rice from the oil of Sirloin wagyu is also something you’ll get from Teppanyaki.
