「とんかつ」・「とんカツ」・「トンカツ」・「豚カツ」
Tonkatsu is deep fried pork cutlet, often serve with shredded cabbage and miso soup. Originally from France (Côtelette de veau). At first it was thin cut, now it's about 2.5-3cm thick (Thanks to ポンチ軒)!
1899 「煉瓦亭」(still in Ginza) started by selling 「ポークカツレツ」.
