I have been doing cold shower for 2 months or so. It is really awesome. Especially after Yoga. I don’t really know the health aspect of it.
I like that it is painful. It is a struggle. It wakes me up in the morning. It makes me feel I’m alive in the evening. It clears my thoughts. It cools me down. It made me realized that if you could stand for the first 10 seconds, then I’m fine.
One tip for you to get started with cold shower is to wash your body in hot water, in the end, turn to 50% cold on all your body. Then 100% cold on all your body for few minutes.
