Someone sent me a message on Facebook that he recommended me (out of nowhere) to his friend. 10-20 minutes messages exchanged. Then offer via Email without any interview.

I sent someone a message on Facebook. Then a Skype chat explains what the company is doing and the future plans. Offer after that.
Total time: 2 weeks.
I sent someone a message on Twitter. Then put me into the system. Had 2-3 pair programming interviews. 1 chat with CTO. 1 chat with CEO. Offer.
Total time: 6 month
Someone sent me a message on Twitter. Then put me into the system. Had 3 interviews with HR. 4 technical coding interviews. Offer.
Total time: 3 weeks
Someone referred me. Got 2 calls with HR. Rejected by canned email response.
Total time: 3 months
Someone referred me. Got 1 call with HR. 1 physical interview at HQ. 1 interview with engineer from the team. 1 take home assignment. 1 panel interview with 3 engineers. Rejected before Christmas 3 weeks after the last interview.

Someone referred me. Got a call with recruiter. A technical pair programming. Another call with recruiter. A technical pair programming. Supposed to go for offsite but put on hold because of the Coronavirus situation.

Someone referred me. Got a call with CTO. Another call with CTO. A take home exam. 3 technical interviews. Offer but they cannot really hire right now due to Coronavirus. Compensated me for $350 USD.
Applied online. An interview with CEO and a team member. Another technical interview with two future colleagues (engineers). Got offer.
