When I was young, like early 2000, I would play games on a really heavy desktop computer. When I go out, I would play snake on my coolest Nokia phone. There is a clear distinction of using computer, it’s at home.
Ever since I saw a friend who owns a laptop, and I got one, too. It’s heavy at first. I carry the laptop to school to do lab work, bring the laptop home to finish homework assignment. Play games on the laptop. Watch movies and shows on laptop in my tiny room. Programming on my laptop. Chatting with friends. Reading PDFs on my laptop. Browsing web pages.
Life is around the laptop. I’m living a laptop life.
The location does not really matter if I am in Belgium, Korea, Spain, Italy, or Japan. I am always living on my laptop life. Although I’m in a much bigger room now.
