There were about 2 or more years. Where I can only sleep after 8AM. I don’t remember why it happened, it just became that way. I also don’t remember how I can sleep now, it just became that way.. Cant sleep is really devastating.
After can’t sleep in the night for a while, I just do things til the morning, then sleep, My schedule just shifts. My day starts from afternoon 3-4pm, and finishes around 9-10 AM. I don’t remember how many days I stayed up all night, watching sun just started the day. See everyone starts their day in the morning. Everyone feels so refresh. Ready to do whatever. And I looked at them and feel extremely tired and that tiredness cant even make me sleep well.
