If you‘re a leader, and you cannot provide means for your employees.
That‘s ok.
But don‘t pretend you care their well-being, then still expect people to do all the things that is not good. That‘s extra shitty.
When you announce something, you have words and actions. When you have bad words, bad actions, that‘s surely bad.
When you have nice words, bad actions, that‘s even worse.
Because your actions does not live up to the words.
Don‘t be like that.
You either work on how to make actions live up to your words, or say what you‘re gonna do, at least you‘re being honest.
Honest is good. Now you only need to figure out how to improve actions.
